GUILD ELECTRIC LIMITED
Since August 2024, served as a BIM Coordinator at Guild Electric Limited in Scarborough, Ontario, managing high-profile projects including the Peel Regional Police Operational Support Facility, the University of Toronto Woodsworth College Academic Building, the Fredericton Performing Arts Center, and the Equinix TR6-2 Data Center. Responsible for overseeing BIM models to ensure rigorous accuracy, consistency, and compliance with established project standards throughout the design and construction phases. Utilizing a technical suite including Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks, facilitated seamless collaboration between multidisciplinary teams and project stakeholders to integrate design elements and resolve complex clashes. Beyond model management, spearheaded the development and enforcement of BIM standards across the project lifecycle and managed the generation of essential documentation and reports for all BIM deliverables.

ARQITECTO
erved as Lead Designer and 3D Renderer at Arqitecto in the Philippines, spearheading a diverse portfolio of projects including the Dakak Restaurant schematics, Sharesource Office renovations, and the Williams Commercial Center. Residential expertise was demonstrated through the construction of the Butiong and Betos residences, the Nefiel extension, and the specialized Canave Mausoleum, alongside commercial and civic work such as the Cake Gallerie Café expansion and the Faith Tabernacle façade renovation.
Managed the full project lifecycle, from initiating client contracts and transforming initial sketches into high-fidelity 3D renderings to producing comprehensive architectural, structural, and MEP documentation in coordination with engineering teams. Beyond design, responsibilities encompassed procurement and site management, including preparing material specifications, coordinating with suppliers, and supervising on-site construction to ensure rigorous quality control. Also administered critical contract processes, such as sub-contractor submissions and change orders, while resolving post-construction issues to facilitate seamless commissioning and project handover.

Served as a Drafting Technologist at Focusinc Groups in the Philippines, specializing in technical drafting and architectural visualization. Primary responsibilities included utilizing AutoCAD to transform initial sketches into precise project drafts while developing a foundational expertise in complex regulatory frameworks, including the NYC Building, Zoning, Plumbing, Mechanical, and Fire Codes. Additionally, produced detailed interior apartment renderings guided by conceptual boards and utilized V-Ray and Photoshop to create photo-matched exterior renderings for comprehensive design analysis.

Managed technical drafting and architectural visualization for major residential developments at Kisan Lu Lands Realty, including Amiya Residences, Bambu Estate, and the Villa Conchita Subdivision. Specialized in high-end architectural visualization by constructing detailed Google SketchUp models and delivering photorealistic renderings via V-Ray for promotional materials. Interior spaces were presented with exceptional material accuracy by scanning physical samples to create precise 3D textures, ensuring a high level of realism in every presentation.

Executed technical drafting and project coordination at Salac Green World Architects in the Philippines, contributing to a diverse range of projects including the DAMILAB Mineral Laboratory, Hope Mountain Resort, Dominican Hospital in Davao, Digos Doctors Hospital, and various residential developments. Responsibilities involved translating architectural design sketches into precise AutoCAD drawings and 3D models, as well as preparing detailed material specifications and project cost estimates.
Managed critical on-site operations and served as a vital link between the construction site and the head office by documenting site activities, procurement, labor attendance, and quality assurance. Additionally, performed essential fieldwork, such as conducting surveys, gathering lot bearings and measurements, and capturing site photography to provide foundational data for project development. Also specialized in compiling comprehensive shop drawings and as-built documentation to ensure accurate project records throughout the construction lifecycle.
While stargazing, I often wonder if civilizations like ours exist elsewhere. If they do, are they sentient? What would their architecture look like? Perhaps it is organic—a mastery of blending structural design with biosynthesis.
I am fascinated by technology. Every new release, from the CPUs and GPUs propelling AI innovation to advanced cameras capable of capturing everything from microscopic details to vistas miles away, represents a milestone for human intellect. Beyond these interests, I enjoy watching movies and playing video games, much like anyone else—and in my view, The Lord of the Rings is the best there is.
