Laz Terrazas Manor represents a comprehensive residential renovation project developed for Ram Lu Builders. The visualization scope included both exterior and interior architectural perspectives, translating the design intent into clear and compelling visual representations. Positioned on an elevated site, the residence emphasizes layered terraces, stepped circulation, and panoramic views that integrate the architecture with the surrounding landscape.

The exterior architecture is defined by a composition of clean white volumes, natural stone cladding, warm wood accents, and expansive glazing. These elements establish a balance between modern geometry and natural textures, giving the residence a strong visual presence while maintaining a refined residential character. Lighting conditions and material reflections were carefully considered to portray the atmosphere of the hillside setting.

Interior perspectives communicate spatial clarity, material richness, and ambient lighting. Key spaces such as the kitchen and living areas highlight contemporary finishes, controlled illumination, and reflective surfaces that enhance depth and realism. The visualizations capture both the functional organization of the interior and the intended mood of the living spaces.

The project was modeled using SketchUp and 3DS Max, with final rendering outputs produced through the V-Ray Render Engine, delivering high-quality photorealistic visualization suitable for presentation and marketing.
