Amiya Project – Architectural Visualization Study

Client: Kisan Lu Lands Realty
Project Type: Architectural Visualization
Location: Davao City, Philippines
Date: May 16, 2012

Commissioned as a flagship marketing presentation in Davao City, the project was developed for Kisan Lu Lands Realty to visually communicate the architectural identity of the Amiya Chapel. As part of the broader Amiya Project, the visualization was designed to translate architectural form into a compelling promotional narrative, capturing both structure and atmosphere.

The Amiya Chapel, part of the Amiya Project by Kisan Lu Lands Realty, serves as its flagship design, necessitating a compelling 3D presentation for effective advertising. Commissioned by Kisan Lu Lands Realty in Davao City in December 2012, the project highlights a robust triangular architecture that makes a striking visual statement, best showcased through a 3D frontal perspective. A clear twilight backdrop enhances the view, emphasizing the chapel’s brushed aluminum cladding and its reflection on the serene waterscape. Strategically placed lighting props, including floating lanterns, further highlight the chapel’s potential for events, creating an enchanting ambiance. The architectural visualization was executed using SketchUp and 3DS Max, with high-quality rendering outputs generated through the V-Ray Render Engine.

Visualization Themes

  • Triangular architectural form as focal identity
  • Twilight atmosphere enhancing material reflection
  • Brushed aluminum cladding emphasized through lighting
  • Event-ready ambiance through staged illumination elements

The result is a refined architectural visualization where geometry, light, and atmosphere converge to communicate both structure and aspiration.
